Abstract:
Recent explorations carried out in the Sirumalai Hills of the Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu led to the discovery of Calymperes pallidum, which is a new record for India. A detailed description with a photographic plate, a distribution map, and a key to the Calymperes species of the Western Ghats are provided.
